Marlyn Priar Obituary


Marlyn (Micki) Priar , 88 of Enola passed away Friday January 25,2019 in Claremont Nursing and Rehab of Carlisle. Marlyn was born on November 9, 1930 and was the daughter to the late Ralph and Julia (Waligore) Myers. She retired from UGI Utilities as a Senior Clerk. Micki was an active member of Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church of Enola holding various positions and heading the Prayer Chain in her final years. She was a member of Schaner Senior Center of Enola where she enjoyed the fellowship of all and had fun playing cards and going on trips. She also was a member of East Pennsboro Golden Age, Lemoyne Senior Center and former Summerdale Golden Age and The Golden Embers Retirement Club of UGI. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas a grandson, Daniel Paul Priar, a sister, Janet, and brother Ralph. Surviving are her children Thomas D. Priar II and his wife Pamela of Ickesburg, Denise L. Ramsey and her husband John of Middle Paxton Twp.,Donna S. Lubold and her husband Carl of Monroe Twp., 5-grandchildren: Chris Ramsey and his wife Gretchen, Olivia Ramsey, Amanda Lubold and Thomas D. Priar III, and Nicholas Lubold and 2- Great Grandchildren; Jackson T. Ramsey, and Jovi Louise Ramsey, a sister Mary Louise Chilcot of Johnstown and many nieces and nephews.  Services will be held Sunday February 3,2019  at 3 PM in her church, Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church 265 N. Enola Dr. A viewing will be held from 2 PM until the time of service in the church. Burial will be held at the convenience of the family. In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church 265 N. Enola Dr. Enola, Pa 17025 or Schaner Senior Center 98 S. Enola Dr. Enola, Pa 17025.
