June 11, 1975 to April 20, 2019

Melissa Rae Seiber (Gates) went to be with the Lord on April 20th, 2019 at 6:33pm. She was at home surrounded by loving friends and family.

She was born the beloved daughter of Cindy and Robert M. Gates of Enola, PA, on June 11th, 1975. She graduated from East Pennsboro High School—the class of 1993. She also graduated from BOYD School of Travel and Tourism in Pittsburgh, PA.

Melissa is survived by her grandmother, Betty Jane Gates; parents, Cindy & Robert M. Gates; son Brandon Seiber; daughter Mya Seiber; brother Michael Gates and his wife Bruna Gates, nieces Hailley and Vienna Gates; nephew Noah Gates and a nephew-to-be; boyfriend Rob Roth and son Kaden; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

She is predeceased in death by her grandfather Robert M. Gates Sr., and grandmother Edna Hersh. Services will be held Friday, April 26, 2019.

Visitation will be at be at Summerdale United Methodist Church on 2nd street in Summerdale, PA. at 10:00am, followed by services at 11:00am.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cindy Gates in care of Melissa Seiber —the guardian of Melissa’s children, P.O. 180 Summerdale, PA, 17093—for their trust fund.
