Ona Landis Obituary

Ona Elaine Landis (Bowman)originally from Lykens and Dauphin, PA entered eternal life with our Lord on Friday, October 5, 2018, while residing at the Masonic Home in Elizabethtown, PA.

Ona is survived by her children Wayne Landis, Jr. (Susie) of Duncannon, Donna Murphy of Harrisburg, David Landis (Mary) of Georgia, and daughter-in-law Deb Landis of Middletown; 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, andsister-in-lawsAretta Perdigao (Antonio) of Enola and Helen Bowman of Florida.

Ona was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne Landis, Sr., children Timothy Alan, Patricia Ann and Carol Annette Radle, son-in-law James Murphy, mother Ruth Rowe and brothers Ray, Louis, Lee and Bruce (Bunk).

The family will receive visitors Saturday, October 20 from 10 to 11 a.m. at Clarks Valley Zion EC Church, 210 McKelvey Road, Dauphin, PA. A celebration of life service will be held at 11 a.m. and reception in the church basement immediately following. Inurnment will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Association, 119 Aster Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17112.
