William Elmer Beers Sr Born 01/09/1935 at home in West Fairview, Pa to Carl Kenneth and Mary Kathryn (Wallace) Beers.

Surviving by wife Jacqueline R (Stambaugh) Beers, 1 Sister Vivian Pottieger, 1 Brother Ronald Beers. 7 children William E Beers Jr, Cheryl Lehman, Michael Beers, Robert Beers, Judyth Fleck, Thomas Beers, and Jayson Beers. 4 Step- Children John Shoop, Theresa Forney, Raymond Shoop, and Daniel Shoop. 20 Grandchildren, 8 Step Grandchildren, 27 Great Grandchildren, and 2 Great Great Grandchildren. Proceeded in death Brother Kenneth Beers.

William E Beers Sr was a life time member at West Fairview Fire Co, American Legion, Sportsmen’s Club, 40 & 8 club, and United Methodist Church of West Fairview. Was a social member at VFW.

William E Beers Sr loved his family and friends.

Worked at Weis Market as Dairy Manager, Ott and Hollinger as a truck driver.

Memorial Service will be held Friday April 27, 2018 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the West Fairview Fire Co 1400 3rd Street West Fairview. In lieu of flowers donations can be sent to United Methodist Church of West Fairview in honor of William E. Beers.
