Amy Rebekah Snyder

Amy Rebekah Snyder, 43, of Enola, PA, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2023 after a short battle with cancer.  Amy was born in Charleston, WV on September 4, 1979, a daughter of Guy and Barbara Snyder, of Mechanicsburg, PA.  Those left to cherish her memory and continue her legacy in addition to her parents include her children, Amyrah Moumouni-Snyder and Julius Brannock Snyder; brother Matthew Brandon of Miami, Fl and sister Mary E. Anderson of Enola, PA; and a large extended family.  Amy graduated from Culpeper County High School while dually enrolled at George Washington Carver Piedmont Technical for Cosmetology in 1998.  Amy enjoyed her profession as a Licensed Professional Hair Stylist working at various salons in VA, TN and PA.  Amy loved nothing more than being a mother to her children, they were her pride and joy.  Amy enjoyed spending time supporting her children with their education and extra circular activities (Dance, Softball, Basketball, Wrestling, Football, Taekwondo, ect).  She greatly enjoyed spending time with her family and close friends.  She had a huge heart and gave whole heartedly whenever possible. A viewing will be held Tuesday, January 24, 2023 from 10-11 at Immanuel Church, 800 S Market St, Mechanicsburg, PA.  Funeral services will follow at the same location, with Pastor/Dr. Adam Hensley officiating.  Burial will take place after the services at Westminster Cemetery in Carlisle, PA officiated by Pastor John Hensley. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the family for her children's future needs.
