Catherine (Fudge) Caroline (Fry) Miller

Catherine “Fudge” Caroline (Fry) Miller, 83 of Enola passed away Friday October 28, 2022 after a long battle with Dementia. Catherine passed peacefully with family by her side. She was born in Duncannon, the daughter of Lucian Fry and Florence Gelbaugh. She is preceded in death by siblings, Clyde, Alberta, Bob, Jack and Jr. She was also preceded in death by 2 of her grandsons Thomas Francis Sgrignoli and Samuel Anthony Miller. Catherine is survived by her sister Joyce and sister- law Vera, her 4 children, Janet Sgrignoli of Enola, Cindy Marsicano of Tamarac, Fl, Mike (Vicki) Miller of Mechanicsburg and Terri (Dave) Tagliarini of Green Cove Springs, Fl. Catherine was Nanny or Nenaw to one granddaughter and 8 grandsons, Tommy, Michael, Taylor, Matthew, Elizabeth, Travis, Daniel, Sammy and Luke. She was great grandma to 6, Gianni, Tessa, Samantha, Vince, Maddox, Madilyn, many nieces and nephews and cousins. Catherine chose a career in the healthcare field which started at Holy Spirit Hospital. She retired from Boca Raton Hospital in 2002 and returned to Enola to be near her siblings. She loved watching her cooking shows and especially loved her Fox News. In lieu of flowers our mother asked for donations to be made to Kindred Hospice 205 Grand View Ave. Suite 304 Camp Hill, PA 17011 or The Tommy Sgrignoli Scholarship Fund at The Foundation For Enhancing Communities (TFEC) 200 N. 3rd St. 8th Floor Harrisburg, PA 17101. Both of which were dear to her heart. At the request of our mother there will be no service.
