Cora Rider Obituary

Cora Rider of Carlisle and formerly of Enola passed away, Wednesday November 1, 2023 in The Church Of God Home, Carlisle. Cora was the daughter of the late Casimiro and Maria (Giannantonio) DiPaolo, and the widow of Chester T. Rider. Cora was a waitress at the Spark Al Restaurant in Lemoyne. Cora enjoyed Bowling with her friends in the Katz Bowling League. Cora is survived by a son Thomas M. (Susan) Rider of Mechanicsburg, and a daughter Barbara A. (William) Matter of Enola, a sister Jenny Messimer of Enola 4- grandchildren, Thomas, Amy, William II, Andrea, 9- great-grandchildren, Elyzabeth, Mercedes, Leyna, Aaliyaha, Annabelle, Madilyn, Denni, Lily and Levi, and 2- great- great grandchildren, Dominic and Wrenley. She was preceded in death by a great-grandson, William Sweger, brothers, Tony and Joseph DiPaolo and sisters, Rosi, Susie, Annie, Gilda and Julia. Services and burial will be private.
