Cynthia M. Taylor

Cynthia M.Taylor, age 83, of Hampden Township, passed away at home on Friday, September 10, 2021 surrounded by her family.  She was born in Harrisburg, the daughter of the late Harry Sr. and Mildred Kreidler. Cynthia was a 1957 graduate of the Catholic High School of Harrisburg.  The last position of her working career was employment as a receptionist with the law firm of Nauman Smith,Shissler& Hall. The love of family was the sustaining force in her life and the most important thing in her world.  She enjoyed attending Daybreak Church services, shopping at thrift stores, the company of her beloved felines, and Sea Isle City sunsets.  Traveling with the Tall Cedars and spending winters in Florida provided her with everlasting memories. Cynthia left behind her loving husband of 60 years, Rex A Taylor.  She is survived by her daughter Patricia and her husband Bryan Goodhart; her son Rex R. and his wife Christie Taylor; two grandchildren Kyle, and his wife Danielle Goodhart, and Lane Goodhart; and one great-grandchild, Isaiah. Cynthia was preceded in death by her two brothers Harry Jr. and James, and a sister Regina (Jean). At a later date, following Cynthia’s very generous donation to Humanity Gifts, we will celebrate her life at Fort Indiantown Gap.  We wish to extend a special thanks to Grane Hospice Care and sincere gratitude to Erin, Megan, Jennifer and Catherine.
