Dylan Robert Perry born in Annapolis, Maryland, raised and considered home to Mooresville, North Carolina, and resided in Carlisle, Pa passed away unexpectedly November 24th 2023 surrounded by his family.
Dylan is survived by his wife Theresa Perry (Welsh), daughter Cecelia, his mom Cynthia Hodge (Tokar) and step father JW Hodge, dad Timothy Perry and step mother Sonja Perry, grandmother Anna Stanko, grandfather John Tokar, wife Judy Tokar, grandmother Betty Bradshaw, brothers Ryan Perry and partner Rick Clary, Nathan Perry, wife Ashley Perry (Pittman), niece Elle and nephews Gabriel and Anderson, sisters Jordan Perry, Madison Cox (Hodge), husband Matthew Cox, nieces Harper and Hayden.
Dylan was born December 17, 1985 to Cynthia Hodge (Tokar) and Timothy Perry. He graduated from Lake Norman High School in 2004. He spent a year at Anderson University before leaving to pursue other endeavors. Dylan grew up working on job sites with his dad and brothers, building and growing that trade. In between building on those trades he served several years working as a Merchant Mariner. He loved being on the water. On June 3rd 2022 he married his wife Theresa.
Dylan was a very caring, loving and devoted husband and father. He loved to travel, whether it be by car, plane, boat or on foot. Anything that could take him on an adventure he was all for. Dylan’s most enjoyed spending time with his family and being on his bike. He felt so free when he would ride. He was a free spirit with an old soul. Truly a one of a kind man. Dylan will be deeply missed by his family, friends and all that knew him.
Services are scheduled for 2:00 pm on December 9th, 2023 at Richardson Funeral Home, 29 S Enola Drive, Enola, Pa 17025. Visitation will be held from1:00 pm until time of service at the funeral home. A separate Celebration of Life will be held in North Carolina at a later date.
