Edward B. Rudy Jr.

Edward B. Rudy Jr., 90, of Enola passed away, Tuesday April 13, 2021. Edward was the son of the late Edward B. and Celia (Kerr) Rudy and the widower of Betty J. Rudy.  Edward served in the Navy from 1950 to 1954. Edward was a member of the American Legion post 751 Enola and the VFW post 7530 of Mechanicsburg. Edward was a little league coach for Enola back in the 60s and was a scout master for the Cubs troop 89 of Enola and was active in Scouts troop 274. He was an avid Baseball and football fan and loved to hunt and fish. He is survived by his children; Edward B. (Pamela) Rudy III of Enola, Richard L. (Anna May) Rudy of Carlisle and Eileen V. (Thomas) Wacker of Enola, 13 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren, sisters, Ruth Hoffman and Roby Correa. He was preceded in death by a son Harvey Haynes and a brother George Rudy, sisters, Helen Dougherty, June Clemens, Stella Moore and Peg Stubbs. Services will be held Wednesday April 21, 2021 at 12:00 PM in the Richardson Funeral Home LLC Enola. A Viewing will be held from 11:00 AM until the time of service at the funeral home.
