Frank M. Rich (Bud) known to many as “Budman”, 91, of Enola passed away Wednesday February 12, 2020 at his residence. Born on August 11th 1928 in Williamsport, PA, he was the son of the late Frank M Rich Sr and Hazel Rich (Shearer). He was one of the first Little League Baseball Players playing in the Original Little League for Lundy’s Lumber. He was the first Little League Baseball Player to play Organized Professional Baseball. He also served in the United States Army stationed in Japan where he served in WWII. He was employed by AMP, Inc. where he served as a manufacturing engineer and where he retired after 28yrs of service.
Frank was preceded in death by his wife Mary Lou Rich (King) and one grandchild James L. Rich Jr. Surviving are his sons James, wife Sharon Rich, of Carlisle, Randal wife Marilyn Rich of Summerdale, his daughter Kathleen, husband John McFarland of Mechanicsburg and his step brother Terry, wife Marie Hammer. He also has 6 surviving grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held Friday,February 28, 2020 at 7:00 PM with a visitation from 6:00 pm until the time of service in the Richardson Funeral Home 29 S. Enola Drive Enola, PA
