Obituary
Helen N. Saltos, 75, 0f Enola, and formerly of Altoona, passed away Tuesday, January 18, 2022 in the Kinkora Pythian Home, Duncannon, PA. She was the daughter of the late Clarence and Geraldine (Hollen) Purdue. Helen was a retired Licensing and Title provider for the PA Department of Motor Vehicles. She was an avid reader and word searcher, watching murder mystery programs. She was a lover of sweets (Reese’s Pieces), and enjoyed her Diet Pepsis. Most important, she was a lover of her Cats, and spending time with her family at Disney World. Helen was preceded in death by her daughters; Jessica Marie Saltos, and Jennifer Nancy Saltos, two brothers; Charles B. Purdue, and Steven B. Purdue. She is survived by three sisters; Gail I. Inman (Mike) of Lewes, Delaware, Ava L. Purdue of Mechanicsburg, PA , and Jo Judy (Dale) of Enola, and numerous Nieces and Nephews. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
