Joyce A. Cherepanya

Joyce A. Cherepanya, 73, of Enola, passed away unexpectedly Friday, February 26, 2021 in Stonebridge Health & Rehabilitation Center, Duncannon, PA. Joyce was born in Garwood, NJ, the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna (Wanat) Subyak.  She was a graduate of Woodbridge High School in New Jersey, class of 1966.  Following high school, Joyce furthered her education and became a graduate of Taylor Business School, Plainfield, NJ.  Joyce was a retired administrative assistant for Becton Dickinson in Hunt Valley, MD.  Joyce enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and spending time at the beach.  She loved animals and cherished the company of her canine companions throughout all her life. Joyce is survived by her husband of fifty years, Ronald S. Cherepanya; two daughters, Anna (Cherepanya) Hetrick and husband Jerry of Enola, and Charlene (Cherepanya) Henne and husband Daniel of Mohrsville, PA, a brother Joseph Subyak and wife Charlene of Manahawkin, NJ; six grandchildren, Julie, Steven, Jessica Hetrick, and Laura, Daniel and  Shane Henne.  Private services will be held at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville, PA. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Saint Frances Animal Center (sfanimals.org).
