June C. Renshaw, 88 of Enola, passed away peacefully in her home, surrounded by her loving family on Wednesday, February 23, 2022. Family was always a priority with ‘Gram’ as she was known as to many. She is survived by her sister Esther Barrick; her four children Kim, James, Brian, Dennis; her nine grandchildren Ashley, Brandyn, Jacob, Alyssa, Andrea, Matthew, Allison, Annilee, Avery; and her five great-grandchildren, Chloe, Alexander, Sarah, McKenna, and Cole. June was born January 23, 1934 in Shermansdale, PA and worked at the Navy Ships Parts Control Center (formerly known as the Naval Inventory Control Point) site in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania until she retired at age 55 to take care of her parents and help raise her first grandchild. She loved to read and travel, going for scenic drives all around the area whenever she could. June always wanted her home to be a home for anyone who needed it. The friends of her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren gravitated to her for her unconditional love and welcoming. She ran her household with unrelenting compassion for everyone. Continuing her goal of love and compassion, she donated her body to the teaching hospital at Penn State Hershey so she could help up and coming medical students. A celebration of June’s life will be held on Sunday, March 6, 2022 from 2pm until 5pm at the Enola Fire Company 118 Chester Road, Enola, PA 17025.The family has requested no flowers to be sent.
