Lloyd Walter Beere Sr.

Lloyd Walter Beere Sr. 83 of Enola passed away Saturday February 17, 2024. Lloyd was born March 21, 1940 in Hollidaysburg, PA. Lloyd is survived by his wife of 62 years, Bertha Beere and his sons, Michael L. Beere and Lloyd W. Beere Jr., 4 grandchildren and 6 great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Linda Beere Cassel. Lloyd was a US Marine Corp. Veteran; Lloyd umpired for many years for Cumberland Valley Umpires, PIAA and American Legion Baseball. Lloyd coached youth baseball for 55 years in East Pennsboro. A viewing will be held Monday, February 26, 2024 from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon in the Richardson Funeral Home LLC 29 S. Enola Dr. Enola. Burial will follow at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery at 1:30 pm with Military Honors. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Bertha Beere 97 Bungalow Rd. Enola, PA 17025. All donations will be donated to Lloyds favorite Baseball Association.
