Marie Shumaker Obituary

Marie Ann (Mathias) Shumaker, widow of Benjamin F. Shumaker Jr. died February 24, 2019. She had been a lifelong resident of Enola and a lifelong member of Zion Lutheran Church in Enola. Mrs. Shumaker, 94, was the daughter of the late Park Nelson and Mary Rebecca (Landis) Mathias. As a homemaker, she devoted her life to her immediate and extended family. She was a member of the Historical Society of East Pennsboro and the Panther Alumni Association. She is survived by a son, Robert and his wife, Judith of Boynton Beach, Fl, a daughter Eileen of Catasauqua, PA, a daughter-in-law Mary of Altoona, PA three granddaughters and four great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by a son, Donald.
A viewing will be held Tuesday, March 12, 2019 from 9:30 till 10:00am at the Richardson Funeral Home, Enola. Services will be at 10:00 am in the Funeral Home. Burial will be at Rolling Green Cemetery, Camp Hill, PA.
