Obituary

Mark Eric Heffner, age 61, of Enola PA, passed away on Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at the home of his brother Barry. Mark was born May 8, 1962 in Harrisburg to the late Richard N Heffner and Gladys K (Wirrick) Heffner. He was a lifelong resident of Enola, and graduated from East Pennsboro Area High School, HACC, and Penn State Harrisburg. He worked for UPS and in several area restaurants, notably the Summerdale Junction. Mark loved the outdoors, was an avid vegetable gardener, and enjoyed amateur astronomy, American history, and all types of video gaming. He had a special place in his heart for his cats. Surviving are his siblings, Barry Pannebaker (Rosalie) of Dillsburg; Earl Pannebaker of Tucson AZ; JoAnn Mihelarakis (Daniel) of Kathleen GA; Diana Shreve (Steven Browne) of Carlisle; Linda Cobaugh (Tim) of Johns Island SC; and many nieces and nephews. Funeral service and burial will be private.
