Mary Jean Bangert of West Fairview, passed away on Sunday, March 5, 2023 at the age of 91, surrounded by her loving family. Jean was born on November 11, 1931 to the late Edith (Gamber) and George Hoffman. Jean enjoyed spending time with her family for game days and listening to Elvis. She is survived by her children, Martin Bangert (Kathy) of Enola and Justine Stewart (Tim Bowles) of Enola; her grandchildren, Jamie Bangert, Jason Bangert, and Stacey Skelton; her great grandchildren, Jayvin and Rylan Bangert and her niece, Debbra Lupold. Jean also leaves behind her lifelong friend, Verna Deibler. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.
