Michael Dominic D'Ignazio was born March 1st, 1966 in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and went to rest August 15, 2020 in New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. He married Heidi Luring on March 26th, 1988 in Hummelstown, and was a proud father of six daughters. Above all, he cherished his family, always striving to preserve its unity, love and honor. He never hesitated to stop and help someone in need and always cheered people up with his witty humor. He was passionate about his music, Italian heritage and social life, always encouraging everyone to just enjoy the ride. Michael started working at age 12 for a Plasterer in Philadelphia and went on to learn many trades and skills. Many will remember him for his strong work ethic and the pride that showed through his work. The skill that went into his work was matched only by its beauty. Michael is preceded in death by his parents, Hyacinth James D'Ignazio and Judith Rath, as well as his niece,Alesia D'Ignazio-Williams. He is survived by his siblings Mary D'Ignazio of Norristown, James "Jimi" D'Ignazio of Hollywood, CA, and Stacey D'Ignazio of Enola; his uncles Sandoro "Sandy" D'Ignazio of Wayne, and Ralph D'Ignazio of Simi Valley, CA; his wife Heidi D'Ignazio of Enola; his daughters Karina D'Ignazio of Camp Hill, Angela D'Ignazio of Harrisburg, Bianca D'Ignazio of Summerdale, Mary D'Ignazio of Camp Hill, Gerri D'Ignazio of Camp Hill, and Graziella D'Ignazio of Enola: his grandchildren Vivien and Georgette Eisenhower, Eva Eisenhower and Nasir Graves, as well as many beloved cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. He will be missed immensely and his loved ones will be forever grateful for having him in their lives. Family, friends and others whose lives Michael touched are invited to the Richardson Funeral Home LLC in Enola, PA, Friday, August 21, 2020. There will be a viewing from 9 am and services at 10 am.
