Theresa Cecelia Welsh (Perez)

Theresa Cecelia Welsh (Perez), age 59, passed away with her loving family by her side on Tuesday, May 17, 2022. She was born December 29, 1962 in Harrisburg to German Perez and Etta Mae Stidfole Perez. Theresa was a 1981 graduate of Bishop McDevitt High School. She worked as a logistics Administrative Assistant at UTZ. Theresa was a very strong- willed woman with many unspoken and natural gifts. She could do and accomplish anything she put her mind to. Some of her greatest joys were baking, cooking big family and holiday dinners, drawing and her beloved horse Ora Bonita. They were an unstoppable pair, competing at Twin Brooks and ultimately becoming a championship riding team. The thing Theresa cherished, loved and was most proud of was her family. She is preceded in death by her father German Perez, mother Etta Mae Stidfole Perez, her brothers, Anthony Perez and Charles Stidfole and her loving son Donald Welsh Jr. She leaves behind her husband Donald Welsh Sr., her daughters, Heather Welsh (Fiancé Justin Otstott), Rebecca Welsh, Rosetta Welsh (boyfriend James Sheppard), Theresa Arthur (Welsh) (Fiancé Dylan Perry),Jessica Welsh (fiancé Ryan Bucher) and her sons ( Jesse Herman Welsh (girlfriend Hannah Lehman), Robert Welsh and Daniel Welsh, seventeen grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends and others whose lives Theresa touched are invited to Richardson Funeral Home, on May 24, 2022, viewing will begin at 10:00 am with a service starting at 12 noon. All are welcomed to attend the burial right after the service at Perry Heights Cemetery in Marysville.
